The Motor Accident Injuries Amendment Regulation 2023 was published on 22 September
The Motor Accident Injuries Amendment Regulation 2023 was published on the NSW Legislation website on Friday 22 September 2023, remedying the jurisdictional issues created by the amendments to the Motor Accident Injuries Act 2017 (the Act) as outlined in Edition 54 of the Personal Injury Commission News.
