New videos help explain Commission processes

The Commission has published seven new videos for tribunal users

The Commission has published seven new videos that help explain some of the Commission’s key processes to tribunal users, particularly injured claimants and workers.

Each video features one of the Commission’s own people and has been scripted to provide information in a simple and easy-to-understand way.

The development of these resources is part of the Commission’s response to the Report on the outcome of the two-year Statutory Review of the Personal Injury Commission Act 2020, published last year by the State Insurance Regulatory Authority.

Together with a suite of fact sheets published earlier this year, the videos will help tribunal users understand what the Commission does, the steps in personal injury dispute resolution, the publication of Commission decisions and what to expect when taking part in a range of Commission events.
