This bulletin outlines:

Vacancies – Principal Lawyer (two roles)

The Commission is seeking applications from legal practitioners for two permanent Principal Lawyer roles.  Principal Lawyers work as part of the Legal Services Unit and provide professional legal services to the Commission and its stakeholders on complex and challenging matters, including exercising a full range of legal and statutory decision-making functions of the Registrar under delegation.

Successful candidates will have substantial legal experience and a sound understanding of workers compensation law and administrative law.
