Welcome to e-bulletin No. 82 of the Workers Compensation Commission.

This bulletin outlines:

The Commission has reviewed its Practice Directions and Forms, following the introduction of the Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment Act 2018 (2018 amending Act). As a result of legislative changes introduced by that Act, the Commission updated and created the following Practice Directions, Forms and guides to completing forms:

  • Practice Direction No 11 – Permanent Impairment Disputes (UPDATED)
  • Practice Direction No 15 – Work Capacity Disputes (NEW)
  • Form 1 – Application for Expedited Assessment (UPDATED)
  • Form 1B – Reply to Application for Expedited Assessment (UPDATED)
  • Form 2 – Application to Resolve a Dispute (UPDATED)
  • Form 2A – Reply to Application to Resolve a Dispute (UPDATED)
  • Form 18 – Wages Schedule (UPDATED)
  • Certificate of Determination – Consent Orders (UPDATED)
  • Guide to completing Form 1 – Application for Expedited Assessment (UPDATED)
  • Guide to completing Form 1B – Reply to Application for Expedited Assessment (UPDATED)
  • Guide to completing Form 2 – Application to Resolve a Dispute (UPDATED)
  • Guide to completing Form 2A – Reply to Application to Resolve a Dispute (UPDATED)

An updated Practice Direction No 13 – Schedule of Earningswill be published to coincide with the commencement of Sch 3 to the 2018 amending Act.
