Access to compensation papers
Details information on how to obtain court papers.
The District Court is the contact point for searching and granting access related to previous matters in the NSW Compensation Court, whether residual jurisdiction or existing/new claims and include the following:
- whether an application with the Compensation Court has been lodged by a particular party;
- requests for Compensation Court files; and
- requests for transcripts of Compensation Court proceedings.
A letter, marked to the attention of Mary O'Connell, providing details of the request, including the name of the party should be sent to the District Court either by email or faxed on (02) 9377 5470.
