To lodge a dispute in the Motor Accidents Division, you must determine when the motor vehicle accident happened.

  • For accidents that happened on or before 30 November 2017, use the 1999 scheme.
  • For accidents that happened on or after 1 December 2017, use the 2017 scheme.
